What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed securely through Halk Bank's e-commerce gateway with 3-D Secure. You'll receive an invoice for every transaction.
Can I upgrade my tier during a project?
Yes! You can upgrade your tier at any time and receive the additional benefits immediately. The price difference will be prorated based on your project progress.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your project hasn't started yet. Once project work begins, we offer prorated refunds based on milestones completed. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Do unused credits expire?
No, your code reviews and mentoring hours never expire. You can use them on any current or future project for as long as you're a platform member.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. All tools, access, and basic support are included in your tier price.
How does mentor compensation work for solution architecture?
Mentoring (€50/hr) and code review (€25/review) are flat rates. Solution architecture is quoted per project. The price depends on scope, stack, and complexity, and the architect, the team, and our admins agree the price up-front before any architecture work starts.
